The coach should center their influence on bringing out the child’s existing qualities and helping them create a vision of what they can achieve.
Understanding that each child possesses a human spirit that needs nurturing, cultivating, and protecting is essential. The coach must prioritize the child’s interests, and the outcome of their efforts should come second. When the coach recognizes this fundamental principle, they become leaders and educators capable of achieving great things. These principles are at the core of the Saviano Method and have been around for thousands of years, ensuring they will continue to guide coaches for infinity.
