ABOUT THE PROGRAM

outline & schedule

Program runs 5 days a week: Monday – Friday with the option of additional private lessons. When visiting, players will be integrated into the Full Time Developmental Program.

Training Schedule "A"

  • 7:45 - 9:45 am | Warm-up & Small Group On-court Training
  • 9:45 - 11:45 Am | Lunch Break
  • 11:45 - 1:45 pm | On-Court Training, Match Play
  • 2 - 3 pm | Performance Training & Athletic Conditioning
